It's that glorious time of year when the sun is coming out more, the barbecues are getting fired up and smoothies are an absolutely lovely cooler!
I'm taking mine one step further and making it one of my protein snacks too!
Literally all you need is:
Vanilla protein powder from MyProtein (you can use plain or another flavour to your own liking)
Fresh or frozen strawberry and banana smoothie mix
Some milk, again preference is your own but I use skimmed every time
I use just under half a pint of milk.a standard scoop (25g) of protein powder and the recommended 100g of smoothie mix. Chuck it in the blender and bam!
So tasty, so refreshing and helping me reach my macros!
Just a couple of notes on this too.
Tailor this to your own preference of fruits, protein powder and milk or yogurt.
I like to use frozen fruits as I can buy them in bulk, and being cursed with sensitive teeth 🤣 I get a nice chilled temperature without finding ice cubes.
